風車草劇團 Wind Mill Grass Theatre
【風車草劇團】成立於2003年，由邵美君、梁祖堯及湯駿業創辦。劇團以香港為創作基地，製作多元化舞台演出，一方面以不同形式創作具有本土特色及與香港人心靈緊扣的作品；為觀眾開拓新的觀賞角度，讓他們感受劇場內那份像「草」一般的無比生命力。我們認為劇場與生活息息相關。現今年青人對文化的定義改變了不少，不論社會文化、生活文化，與上一代已經截然不同。因此，他們希望以年青人對現今社會文化的態度、看法，以及自身的成長經歷作為藍本，創作及改編一套又一套的舞台劇及音樂劇。我們把所思所感及對世界及生命的體會透過劇場跟觀眾分享。

劇團近年多部作品均以觸及人的心靈為主，成功讓年青觀眾走入劇場，跟他們一起分享生命點滴。作品亦作多方面賞試，包括改編外購百老匯音樂劇、 原創本地音樂劇、翻譯劇，及集體多元劇場創作。

03年製作《月影寒松》，借用能劇精神融入香港人最熟悉的粵劇表演當中，以粵劇方式表達執迷與破的能劇思想；更獲邀參與澳門藝穗節開幕演出，並於 07 華文戲劇節重現舞台，並成為賀節演出。

04年製作都市好玩溫馨多元演出《風吹憂愁散》，這個集合錄像，戲劇、形體，裝置多種不同劇場元素的跨媒體演出，是一個讓觀眾忘憂的演出。

05首次把外購百老匯著名愛情音樂劇《I love you, you are perfect, now change》改編成首個中文版《你咪理，我愛你，死未！》，萬人見證，口碑之作；同年除獲得香港舞台劇獎十大最受歡迎演出獎外更獲得多項提名，包括最佳男女主角(喜鬧劇)，最佳服務造形，此劇在05至06年短時間之內三度上演共34場，過萬人次觀賞，牽起撲飛潮，成為本港最受歡迎之音樂劇之一。

06年起舉辦《Su Be Do Wa 音樂會》，開拓我們的音樂領域；風車草劇團觸目的多元化創作不只規限於舞台劇，" Su Be Do Wa "音樂會便是一個成功例子。首次 " Su Be Do Wa" 音樂會於2006年在藝穗會舉行，叫好叫座！我們演唱陪伴我們成長的音樂劇作品，本地及外國的流行作品，跟觀眾直接的交流；翌年11月，移師至藝術中心之壽臣劇院載譽重演。由人山人海的多功能才女李端嫻 (veegay) 領軍，一連四場的音樂會，座無虛席。這次演出更有幸邀請到王菀之小姐及林一峰先生為音樂會寫了兩首歌，分別是由「風車草」三位成員合唱的《三重唱》及梁祖堯主唱的《那夜我們在聽依然》。《Su Be Do Wa》音樂會更獲TVB 音樂台邀請參與《為音樂喝彩》錄影。

07年應「國際綜藝合家歡」邀請，聯同本地音樂劇精英，製作《穿紅靴的貓》原創音樂劇；首演9場，座無虛席，此劇以香港屋村為創作背景，講述於單親家庭長大的主角跟穿起魔法紅靴的貓，一起尋找爸爸的故事。我們更把此音樂劇的歌曲製作成《穿紅靴的貓》音樂劇原聲大碟：《尋找爸爸的音樂旅程》，讓觀眾能回味這個演出的歌曲。

08年再下一城，《穿紅靴的貓》載譽重演十三場，反應非常熱烈，我們更與 Yahoo! BLOG 合作舉辦多個活動，讓更多觀眾能接觸及一起分享這個本地原創音樂劇。

08年製作翻譯劇《我不好愛》，我們將著名劇作家《孽戀焚情》金像得主 Christopher Hampton作品《TREATS》從英國搬到現時的香港，展現不同時地，但男女之間同樣的感情角力。
他的作品有《孽戀焚情》“Dangerous Liaisons”、《愛與痛的邊緣》“Carrington”，《心之全蝕》“Total Eclipse”等，是次演出將一個出色的著名劇本搬上舞台，原汁原味的把劇中的戲味一一呈現。此劇更創下所有門票於兩小時內售罄的佳績，成為一時熱話。

湯駿業與著名音樂監製李端嫻(veegay)合作，剛於一月完成首個個人音樂會；風車草劇團x MATERIALGIRL《All In The Timing》群情躍動！

09年風車草劇團踏入香港演藝學院歌劇院，與東亞娛樂及英皇舞台合辦《你咪理，我愛你，死未?》（喪愛甜心版），特別邀請了at17的林二汶參與演出，連開十三場！
